ECE INDUSTRIES LIMITED is a leading Power Transformer manufacturing company in India.

  • ECE has been supplying Power Transformers up to 220 KV Class to various State Electricity Boards in India and abroad for last four decades. ECE has facilities for manufacturing Power Transformers up to 160 MVA 220 KV Class.

ECE has in house facilities of Core cutting, PICC (Paper Insulated Copper Conductor) manufacturing, Tank Fabrication, Radiator Manufacturing, NABL Accredited Testing Lab having all facilities including Impulse Test Lab etc.

VAPOR PHASE DRYING
SYSTEM

We are very much concern with Moisture in Core Coil Assembly and so have finest auto programmed Vapor Phase Drying oven. It meets International Standards and imparts long life to product .Its capacity is 1500 MVA per Month

PICC PLANT

have a unit of paper insulated cAs an additional capacity for in-house facility, we copper conductors, “ECE INDUSTRIES LTD –PICC PLANT” with fine infrastructure and machinery. The process is well established and stabilized, both in terms of quality & quantity.

TESTING FACILITIES

In its Endeavour to cater to the requirements of the industry, ECE established a state-of-the-art NABL Accredited Laboratory to conduct routine tests and type test / special tests as specified by IS/IEC/BS/ANSI standards. Before dispatch, each and every transformer is subjected to all routine tests

Special/Type Test

We have conducted Type Test (Impulse & Temp. rise) & Special Test (Short Circuit) on several Transformers of various ratings for 33kV, 66kV, 132kV & 220kV, manufactured by us, at CPRI (Bhopal & Bangalore). List of few successful Short Circuit Test Carried at CPRI, Bhopal & Bangalore provided

ECE is the oldest multiproduct and multilocation electrical equipment company incorporated in 1945 by B.K.Group having Transformr Plants at Sonipat (Haryana) and Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh) and H.T. Switchgears Plant at Sonipat(Haryana).

ECE is manufacturing Power Transformer upto 220kV class upto 160 MVA Capacities and has supplid over 85000 Transformers to various State Electricity Boards, Power utilities, Northen Railways, Defence and Industrial Units. ECE is a regular and approved supplier of Power Transformers upto 220 kV class to various State Government Power Utilities and industrial sector.
